We have been here at this location for 12 year's we are located at 4706 Bessemer John's Rd. Bessemer Al. 35023 we are located off of 20/59 you can take either exit 108 which is Academy where the new Amazon Fulfillment Center is located or you can take exit 112 which is where the Lowe's is located, if you put the address in your gps it will bring you right in. Here on site we offer repairs we do have a shop as well as a Mobile Service sometimes it is quicker to bring it in do to weather a lot of times there are some things that just can not be addressed out in the field. As you read in the other pages we know offer New Trailer Sales, Cargo Trailer's by Diamond Cargo and we have a part's department we have also added a customer waiting area.  We here at  Mobile RV Repair take pride in our work and our customer service, We do our best to keep repair's timely some times manufacturer's run behind on their business day's lead time's , some times part's are back ordered or they run out and we have to wait longer than expected, we do however try to let you our customer's know the status of those part's. We take Emergency call's first when possible we have a scheduler for the non-emergency repair's and because of weather and un-expected emergencies our scheduling does not always work the way we would like and we get behind on those as well so please just be patient with us we will get out to you and get you taken care of. We truly do understand that your time is important as well. If you would like to just stop by and look at our trailer's, have a question about the repair's that we do or just a question, your more than welcome to one of our staff will gladly help you as you will see when you come on the lot the first building is for part's and service then the sales office we ask that you please stop at one of the offices since due to insurance regulations and State law's you may not just enter the shop. We would also like to Thank all of our previous, current and future customers for doing business with us and especially the previous and current ones for the all of the patients since most of them know we have been growing and getting help other than just Carl and Wendy we have Ms. Vannese in the office for scheduling and we have Mr. James (Jimmy) out in the shop which has been here for years with us and help's keep the in shop  unit's moving .
